The fact that they charge you a high commission when you sell your stuff with their platform may really disappoint many people. But in the same time, it is a nice way to get rid of spare items and collect some money. Also it is a nice place to find some rare items.

Easy way to sell your gently used fashion items. But I cant seem to find a way to buy if youre outside of Europe??

Cant beat the deals you will find here if you are diligent and know your luxury brands.

The app is very easy to use and the process makes designer goods more affordable.

Very quality

I ordered my first pair of Christian Louboutins on here and it went very smoothly! They were shipped from headquarters in France to California United States in 3 days! Thats the fastest Ive ever gotten anything over seas. They inspect every item that they get to make sure you are not getting scammed which is a major plus. They have great prices and I am going to be ordering more through them. Very satisfied. I will be recommending them to more people.

Let me start with listing an item, it takes literally 3 days for them to view it, accept it and list it. Then if your item is sold youll have to ship it to heir headquarters and they have to inspect it, well, then it takes 3-5 days to inspect it and hopefully its exactly as you described or it would take another week for them to go back and forth with you. Then if its accepted it gets shipped to the buyer & you get paid in 2 weeks or more. They only process payments on the 1st & the 15th of the month. If you are in need of money trying to sell your items quick & get your money fast this is Not the app you want to sell your items. Not to mention they only accept items that are beneficiary to them. They take a huge fee out, more than poshmark. And they dont accept most items and many brands, speaking from experience( like Givenchy, Dior and so on) I do not recommend it. Ppl must be desperate to sell their items to list here. I hope this review helps:-)

The last review expressed frustration as a seller. Ill talk about being a buyer. I bought a pair of shoes for the first time and what I thought was a good price. I was very excited! Then a week passes by and the seller hasnt shipped the shoes. Theres absolutely no way to communicate between buyer and seller so I contact Vestaire via email. They explain to me that they notify the seller once a week 3 times to ship out the item. If they dont ship it takes another week to refund the money. Long story short the seller never shipped and my money was held for a month!! I proceeded to delete the app and vowed not to use it again. But after 4 months I decided to give it a chance again seeing that it was only my first time. Cant hurt to try again right? WRONG!! Im currently going through the same exact situation AGAIN. Bought a pair of shoes and a week later the seller still hasnt shipped. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR WEBSITE. Theres no way to have communication between buyer and seller and it takes a full 30days to get your money back once they finally realize the seller isnt going to ship!! Keep in my ive had an iPhone for about 7yrs and this is my first review, thats how frustrated I am.

I found VC to be a waste of time and money. They not only want to dictate the price at which I can sell my (brand new) designer merchandise, but they have to control and approve the images and everything about my listing, only to take 25% of my earnings. Thats higher than any other selling platform in exchange for no value adds. Buyers still have to pay a ridiculous amount for shipping, and VC still finds a way to charge you for basic things like a "vip" notification. I wasted money on their premium program to get free shipping on an item I paid for but the seller never shipped. VC does not vet buyers to ensure they actually have the listed merchandise available, but then theyre happy to hold on to your funds while the seller takes their sweet time to decide if they will sell the item or not. They held my money for weeks and finally refunded, but by then my "free" shipping I had paid for with the premium program had expired. A ripoff all the way around. Neither sellers nor buyers benefit and customer service is extremely poor.

The updated app is worse than the last one. The negotiation offers are not saved and I cannot see the price offered history. If I miss anything I am not able to write a comment to the potential buyer. Also the new home page is so much advertising instead of going straight to my account like before. And there is too much movement in the home page it makes me motion sick.

Ive always loved this app and had some items listed. I also hand many favorites saved. I woke up one day and everything was deleted! Why is this? Im American and my preferences are English - the entire customer service micro-site is French! I cant even reach out to anyone to see if they can restore my profile because I dont read French! - please help I need an email. Its just so unreliable! Do I really want to spend my time saving items for them to all delete? Do I really want to spend my time posting items for sale for them to all delete? NO...HELP please!

Cashed money out on Friday and its still pending in my account, before I got money asap.

The app is great for listing but if you need to remove items because youve sold them on another site it will not remove the listing. You have to email the site and tell them to remove listings by item number. This function used to work but hasnt worked in months. It will let you remove the listing but it comes back a minute later.
